Be the first friendly face of FYJ. Help guide vehicles into the festival, keep traffic flowing smoothly, and support guests as they arrive and find their way into the weekend.

Box Office

Welcome guests into FYJ with a warm first touchpoint. Assist with ticket scanning, wristbands, parking guidance, and general arrival questions to help set the tone for the weekend.

Info Depot

The central hub for festival support. Help answer questions, provide directions, assist with lost and found, and share resources so guests can move through the weekend with ease. This space also supports water, ice, camp store needs, and on-site medical coordination.

Golf Cart Shuttles

Support guest movement across the grounds. Help transport attendees and their gear between arrival areas, campsites, and festival spaces, and assist with departure logistics. A valid driver’s license and a friendly, attentive presence are required.

Merch Tent

Support the creative side of FYJ. Help guests explore festival merchandise, assist artists and performers with their tables, and keep the space flowing smoothly. Retail or Square experience is helpful but not required.

Jam Land Pub

Help create a fun, responsible, and safe beverage space at FYJ. Assist with ID checks, wristbands, drink ticket sales, and service in accordance with ABC guidelines. Must be 21+.

Blissland Hospitality Tent

Hold space for rest, healing, and connection. Support yoga classes, workshops, and healing arts sessions by guiding guests, assisting facilitators, and helping maintain a calm and welcoming environment.

Production

Work behind the scenes of the Main Stage experience. Assist with load-in and load-out, helping move and organize production equipment that brings the stage to life.

Site Operations

Stay ready for whatever the festival needs. This hands-on team supports setup, repairs, problem-solving, and general upkeep across the grounds. Great for folks who are adaptable, practical, and enjoy jumping in where needed.

Security

Support a safe and welcoming environment at FYJ. Assist the professional security team by monitoring key areas, supporting checkpoints, and helping uphold festival guidelines with care and respect.

Art Village

Support the creative heart of FYJ. Help guests with hands-on art projects, organize supplies, reset materials, and encourage open-ended creative exploration for all ages.

Green Team

Help care for the land that holds the festival. This team supports recycling and compost efforts, maintains waste stations, and helps keep the grounds clean, intentional, and beautiful throughout the weekend.

Fire Tender

Support the heart of evening gatherings. This role involves maintaining fire circles safely, preparing and managing firewood, and helping ensure fires are tended responsibly throughout the weekend. Comfort working outdoors and handling tools is required.
