A-K

We are incredibly lucky to have this incredible blend of styles, missions and spirit joining us this year.

Alissa Wallace

Red Tent Sisters

I am Alissa. Floyd Yoga Jam changed my life last year. I’ve started a homestead/apothecary/glamping retreat in South Carolina. My journey has been a difficult one but also a beautiful in so many ways and I want to share my passion to circle with other women, with my Floyd Fam.

Andrew Alwood

Recovery Dharma

Recovery Dharma groups support people who struggle with alcohol, drugs, or unhealthy behaviors.
Come explore freedom from unhealthy attachments and addictions.
There is a lot of fun to be had at Floyd Yoga Jam.  It’s more fun to be clean and sober while pursuing a spiritual path than to be reactive, agitated, distracted, and/or adrift with compulsive behaviors and substance abuse.

Ann-Marie's Yoga

Whatever you do in life, yoga shows you how to do it better. Let’s connect, move, Breathe and PLAY! I am an experienced teacher, practitioner, lover, and traveler of yoga AND Space Holder, Smile Giver, Ball Roller who’s been making yoga really fun since 2010! ~ P.S. Beach Life, Pickleball, My Dog, and FYJ are some of my favorite things!

Zen Steady

During a deep meditation I felt the call to serve. Triggered by a very intense panic attack of fear and paranoia through this deeper dive I received many messages from my Heart and Spirit. Focusing on the good, and sharing love and wisdom became life priorities. My current favorite life quote. “I cannot add more days to my life, but I can add more life to my days.”

Nature's Love and Wisdom

Teacher, Forest Gardener, Herbalist, Consultant and nature walk guide, spreading Nature’s Love and Wisdom to all who will journey with me.

Briyani Shamanism

I have been sharing energy work in the Healing Oasis for the last 3 years and feel so much connection, love, and fulfillment. This year, I get to expand my connections and offerings sharing my affinity for spirituality, nature, and learning. These passions branch out into my practice as an energetic/intuitive healing facilitator, yoga instructor, and meditation guide.

Best Life Counseling and Consulting

I began teacher training to deepen my practice. Taking Yoga classes had helped me survive hard times and recover from substance use disorder and anxiety. Now I get to share with others what Ive learned along the way and hopefully create just a bit of ease through the practice. Together we will open your Hearts, Slow Down and Breathe!

Chitra McDevitt

Chitra Yoga Therapy

Chitra has been teaching yoga since 2003, a C-IAYT since 2014, and has her MSW focusing on trauma recovery. She uses the playful nature of Thai bodywork as a medium to understand our interconnectedness.  Every year Floyd YoJam is like a reset for her system. She loves being on the land and feeling it’s healing and reconnecting with FYJ family she sees once a year.  The feeling of love, acceptance and community is something she cherishes.

Bill Price & Tara Jeffers

Tara has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She creates acclaimed live soundscapes for many and diverse yoga classes and workshops. Bill has practiced various flavors of yoga for over 50 years with an understanding and teachings of yoga’s physical practices and darśana are informed by modern scientific research and yoga sanskrit scholarship. Their style is a coherent blend of medieval Kashmiri yogic practices & wisdom with modern somatic sensory-motor science – toward the recognition of an expansive mosaic of ‘Self’.
